I joined Newgrounds about like.. Not even 2 months ago.

During that time I met so much new, fun people.

I got my art retweeted a lot, front-paged twice, I won a tablet from the drawing tablet contest, spoke to the wonderful staff and Tom himself--

Everyone has been so amazing.

I can't even begin to express the happiness this community has given to me.

I'm so grateful to be apart of this, even if I'm far too late to the party

I wish I joined sooner; but I'm also so happy I joined at all, I'm super glad I'm apart of this wonderful site. I don't ever see myself getting out of it either!

It gives me hope for the future.

You guys have made the end of my year one of the best in a long, long time <3

Thank you, so so much.

NG's just that kind of place y'know. ;) Though the fact that you're making art with NG icons probably helps build a quick initial liking, showing that you know and showcase the greats of the old days, that's always awesome to see.

Hope the happiness stays; the community keeps providing that positive impression!

Honestly super glad to have someone who reviews stuff here.. it's really cool! I hope to capture some of the old Newgrounds my friends grew up with (that I didn't grow up with much unfortunately D:), but hopefully I do it justice!

You came aboard when the place is thriving at least. :) Good time to make some new memories, whether still growing or no. Unlike some of us you at least then have the option to not get totally stuck here by merit of sentimentality only. :P Very justice-inducing homages so far!

Mmm there probably isn't a bad time to sign up really, but around 2012-2013 it really wasn't as active. :) Flash was dying and people seemed to see NG as synonymous with the technology; business-minded creators ventured elsewhere. Which was great for all who actually stayed here though, much easier to gain awards and recognition, just not as big an audience you could reach regardless.

What kind of wretched heathen would I be to let such optimism-fueling conversation swaps with such a good person go unresponded to?! XD Here's to many more great mornings!

Oh wow, now that is a shock. To be honest I'm really surprised the community is still active with how old this site is and with Flash's demise. It's pretty crazy!
